We want you to shop confidently knowing you can change your mind, which is why we offer a 7 day cooling off period on all orders placed with us. Cancellation must be confirmed by e mail or in writing. After the 7 days cooling off period, no cancellation is allowed, however if there is anything we can do to amend or alter your order we would be pleased to do so.
Whilst we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, if this is not the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, call us or inform us by letter, within 7 days of receipt and advise us of the problem. Please ensure you inspect items on receipt to check for any damages and inform the courier or delivery service before signing the delivery note. Please ask us to arrange collection of any damaged items. Damaged items will either be replaced or a refund in full will be made. Goods not returned within 30 days of receipt will not be eligible for a refund. A refund will be made to you when the goods arrive back with ‘The Real Wood Furniture Company’.
Please also be aware that colour and form of our products may vary slightly from the pictures shown on our website. This may be down to slight differences in the natural material and hand crafting process and also due to the way images are displayed across various digital platforms.
Due to the unique nature of bespoke pieces of furniture, we do not accept returns except in the case where there is a fault with the product.

Our showrooms are now closed and remaining stock, both new and pre-owned is listed under 'STOCK'. Pieces may be viewed by appointment only.
